Get ready for a summer filled with fashion, fun, and creativity at our Young Creatives Fashion Summer Camp.
Young Creatives Fashion
This 1-week fashion camp will cover fashion techniques, sketching, style vision boards, designing outfits and creating a tech pack for their designs. Each day students will receive hands-on instruction from design industry professionals. Registration includes daily take home projects, all materials and a snack each day.
Day One: Create Your Vision - Pulling images from magazines create a vision board to showcase your personal style.
Day Two: Fashion Illustration - Learn from a professional Illustrator how to sketch and bring their design to paper.
Day Three: Construct Your Garment - Choose from a variety of fabrics and trims to bring your sketches to life. Work beside your friend while you create your own individual garments on a mannequin.
Day Four: Tech Pack and Marketing - Build a tech pack which includes your sketches, materials to use, measurements, and other special instructions. Providing a clear understanding of how to make the specific item of clothing. Learn how to market your designs to a target audience!
Day Five: Fashion In Action - Field trip to Parkside Harbor Boutique and Pop Up Fashion Show.

Australian Outback
This week, campers will embark on an unforgettable journey through the Australian Outback. They'll craft their own boomerangs, an iconic symbol of Australia's rich cultural heritage. Interactive learning sessions will introduce them to the fascinating culture and traditions of Australia.
African Safari
Prepare for an adventurous African Safari, where rhythms and flavors come alive. Campers will join a vibrant Drum Circle, celebrating the continent's rich musical heritage. Through engaging activities, they'll explore the diverse cultures of Africa and indulge in traditional snacks, bringing the taste of Africa right to our camp.
North American Adventures
This expedition offers campers a unique journey through the cultures and traditions of North America. From tasting regional snacks to engaging in a spirited snowball fight, campers will get a firsthand experience of the continent's seasonal diversities. It's a week filled with learning, exploration, and fun, reflecting the spirit and beauty of North America.
America the Beautiful
This week is dedicated to celebrating the American culture, iconic landmarks, and natural wonders of the United States. Campers will embark on a tour of the nation, engage in interactive activities that highlight the unique aspects of American culture, and enjoy a variety of classic American snacks. It's an all-encompassing journey through the heart of the USA!
Oriental Express
Campers will delve into the rich tapestry of Asian cultures, from the art of lantern making to the ancient practice of tea ceremonies. Each activity is designed to enlighten and entertain. It's a captivating exploration of traditions and art that define Asia's vibrant spirit.
Welcome to the Jungle
This week, campers will plunge into the depths of the world's most lush and lively rainforests. They'll learn about the unique ecosystems, partake in jungle-themed crafts, and taste exotic snacks native to these verdant habitats. It's a thrilling journey into the heart of the jungle, highlighting the importance of biodiversity and conservation.
Paris Olympics
This camp brings the excitement and camaraderie of the Olympic Games to life, with a special focus on the upcoming Paris Olympics. Campers will participate in a variety of Olympic-themed activities, learn about the history and values of the Olympics, and enjoy French snacks as a nod to the host country. It's a week of friendly competition, global culture, and athletic excellence.
